Ingredients
- 450 gram white bait
- 2 table spoon red chili flakes
- 2 table spoon coriander
- 2 table spoon szechuan peppercorns(other name chinese pepper)
Directions:To make white bait lets start with toasting spices 2 tablespoon coriander seeds and 2 table spoon szechuan peppercorns in hot pan for 1 minute to release their flavours and 2 tablespoon chili flakes, mix and grind them well to make a refine powder.Now in a bowl take 1 cup all purpose flour and mix all the spice into flour and season with some salt. Coat the fresh and perfectly clean bait into flour and spice and leave aside.Heat the pan add olive oil, when oil is heated add coated bait and fry the bait(bait is fish that is healthy delicious and cook in minutes) for some minutes on medium heat until perfectly golden color appear.Once they are golden serve the fish by squeezing some lemon on top or with a mayonnaise dip.
