Sindhi Biryani

Ingredients:

2 cups basmati rice

500g chicken or lamb

2 onions (cut)

2 tomatoes (cleaved)

1 cup yogurt

2 potatoes (cubed)

1 tbsp Sindhi Biryani masala

2-3 green chilies (cut)

½ cup oil

1 tsp salt

½ tsp red stew powder

1 tsp garam masala

New coriander and mint (for embellishment)

  1. Heat oil in a pot, add onions, and sauté until brilliant brown.
  2. Add meat and cook until seared.
  3. Add tomatoes, yogurt, and all flavors. Cover and cook until meat is delicate.
  4. In another pot, bubble rice with salt and channel when 70% cooked.
  5. In an enormous pot, layer rice and meat, add potatoes, and green chilies.
  6. Steam for 15 minutes.
  7. Decorate with new coriander and mint. Serve hot.
