2 cups basmati rice
500g chicken or lamb
2 onions (cut)
2 tomatoes (cleaved)
1 cup yogurt
2 potatoes (cubed)
1 tbsp Sindhi Biryani masala
2-3 green chilies (cut)
½ cup oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp red stew powder
1 tsp garam masala
New coriander and mint (for embellishment)
Directions:
- Heat oil in a pot, add onions, and sauté until brilliant brown.
- Add meat and cook until seared.
- Add tomatoes, yogurt, and all flavors. Cover and cook until meat is delicate.
- In another pot, bubble rice with salt and channel when 70% cooked.
- In an enormous pot, layer rice and meat, add potatoes, and green chilies.
- Steam for 15 minutes.
- Decorate with new coriander and mint. Serve hot.
