Ingredients:
500g minced meat
½ cup chana dal (split chickpeas)
1 onion (cleaved)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp turmeric
1 tbsp ginger-garlic glue
Oil for broiling
Directions:
- Bubble minced hamburger, chana dal, onions, and flavors until delicate.
- Mix to frame a glue and shape into patties.
- Broil in oil until brilliant.
