Ingredients
- 1 kg mutton
- 1 kg tomato
- 10-15 green chilies
- 2 tbs ginger and garlic paste
- 4-5 tbs black pepper
- 350 gram cooking oil
- salt to taste
- handful of freshly chopped coriander
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 3 tbs fresh cream
Directions:In a pan heat the oil add mutton, salt and ginger garlic paste and cook for five to eight minutes by covering the lid.Uncover the lid add 300 ml water and cook for 15 minutes until water is dried and mutton turned to tenderness then add tomato half sliced and cover for next 5 minutes.After 5 minutes remove the tomato peel add chopped green chili and half black pepper then cook until mutton get tender and all water of tomato is dried, add a c cup of yogurt and cover for next 10 minutes, open the lid when oil is separated add remaining black pepper and 1/4 cup freshly cream, stir for next two to three minutes with cream then add freshly coriander on top some ginger and green chili and serve with roti/nan.
