Lamb Kunna

1 kg lamb

½ cup wheat flour (for thickening)

1 onion (cut)

2 tbsp ginger-garlic glue

1 tsp salt

1 tsp red stew powder

½ tsp turmeric

1 tbsp garam masala

½ cup ghee

Strategy:

  1. Heat ghee, sauté onions until brilliant brown.
  2. Add sheep and ginger-garlic glue, cook until seared.
  3. Add flavors and cover with water. Stew for 2-3 hours.
  4. Blend wheat flour in water and mix into the curry. Cook until thick.
