Hollandaise sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 cup butter(melted)
  • 2 tbs white vinegar
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tea spoon black pepper

Directions:To make sauce in a bowl whisk the egg yolks and white vinegar, set the bowl over double pot simmering water steam not touching the simmering water.Whisk the mixture constantly by removing the pot so that not get too much hotter whisk continuously adding lemon juice and butter.When it gets double in volume add pinch of salt some black pepper and whisk until a creamy texture come. Hot hollandaise sauce is ready to serve.
