Egg cheese wrap

Ingredients;

  • 2 whole eggs
  • salt and chilies according to taste
  • 1 tbs butter or olive oil
  • few leaves of bay leaf/ baby spinch
  • 1 small tomato
  • 2 mashed garlic
  • 2 slice of goat/feta/chedder cheese

Directions; Coat the pan with oil spry or butter. In a bowl mix all ingredients well. Whisk eggs very well.Pour the mixture into a pan and cook well (avoid overcooking). Put the cheese slice in the culture of omelette and fold it to form a wrap. Cook for further few seconds and serve egg cheese wrap.
