Ingredients;
- 2 whole eggs
- salt and chilies according to taste
- 1 tbs butter or olive oil
- few leaves of bay leaf/ baby spinch
- 1 small tomato
- 2 mashed garlic
- 2 slice of goat/feta/chedder cheese
Directions; Coat the pan with oil spry or butter. In a bowl mix all ingredients well. Whisk eggs very well.Pour the mixture into a pan and cook well (avoid overcooking). Put the cheese slice in the culture of omelette and fold it to form a wrap. Cook for further few seconds and serve egg cheese wrap.
