Ingredients
- 25 gm butter
- 25 gm flour
- 500 ml milk
- 1/3 cup cheese
- pinch of salt
- little bit nutmug
- 1/3 tea spoon black pepper
Directions;For classic white sauce eat the pan,add 25 gram butter ,add 25 gm flour into melted butter and bring the butter and flour together cook until good essence and come as pasty.Now add 300 ml milk and whisk no lumps formed then second time add 100 ml again and whisk continuously nice creamy texture come then add third time 100 ml milk and whisk.Its time to seasoning a pinch of salt, pinch of nutmeg 1/3 tea spoon black pepper,to give it extra flavor of cheese add 1/3 cup cheese then give the mixture a really good whisk and serve white sauce.
