Ingredients:
500g minced chicken
1 onion (finely cleaved)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic glue
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp red bean stew powder
New coriander (cleaved)
1 tbsp margarine
Directions:
- Blend all fixings and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Shape into sticks and barbecue or broil until brilliant brown.
- Present with chutney.
