Ingredients:
500g boneless chicken
½ cup cream
½ cup yogurt
1 tbsp ginger-garlic glue
1 tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
- Blend all fixings and marinate chicken for 2 hours.
- Stick and barbecue until brilliant. Present with chutney.
