Ingredients:
500g lamb
2 potatoes (cubed)
1 onion (cut)
2 tomatoes (cleaved)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic glue
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red stew powder
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
½ cup oil
Directions:
- Heat oil, add onions, and sauté until brilliant.
- Add lamb and ginger-garlic paste, and cook until sautéed.
- Add tomatoes and all flavours. Cover and cook until the meat is delicate.
- Add potatoes and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Present with naan or rice.
