Aloo Gosht (Sheep and Potato Curry)

500g lamb

2 potatoes (cubed)

1 onion (cut)

2 tomatoes (cleaved)

1 tbsp ginger-garlic glue

1 tsp salt

1 tsp red stew powder

½ tsp turmeric

1 tsp garam masala

½ cup oil

  1. Heat oil, add onions, and sauté until brilliant.
  2. Add lamb and ginger-garlic paste, and cook until sautéed.
  3. Add tomatoes and all flavours. Cover and cook until the meat is delicate.
  4. Add potatoes and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Present with naan or rice.
