Achar Gosht

500g meat or sheep

1 onion (cut)

2 tomatoes (hacked)

1 tbsp ginger-garlic glue

1 tsp salt

1 tsp red stew powder

½ tsp turmeric

1 tbsp pickle masala

½ cup yogurt

½ cup oil

  1. Heat oil, sauté onions until brilliant.
  2. Add meat and ginger-garlic glue, cook until carmelized.
  3. Add tomatoes, yogurt, flavors, and stew until meat is delicate.
