Ingredients:
1 kg lamb
½ cup wheat flour (for thickening)
1 onion (cut)
2 tbsp ginger-garlic glue
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red stew powder
½ tsp turmeric
1 tbsp garam masala
½ cup ghee
Strategy:
- Heat ghee, sauté onions until brilliant brown.
- Add sheep and ginger-garlic glue, cook until seared.
- Add flavors and cover with water. Stew for 2-3 hours.
- Blend wheat flour in water and mix into the curry. Cook until thick.
