Chapli Kabab

500g minced hamburger

1 onion (finely slashed)

2 tomatoes (slashed)

2 green chilies (slashed)

1 tbsp ginger-garlic glue

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp salt

½ tsp red bean stew powder

½ cup cornflour

1 egg

Oil for searing

  1. Blend all fixings, aside from tomatoes.
  2. Shape into enormous, level patties and press tomato cuts on top.
  3. Heat oil and sear every patty until brilliant brown.
  4. Serve hot with naan and chutney.
