Ingredients
- 1 kg beef bone
- a few sticks of celery
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 onion
- 9 whole black pepper
- 1 whole star sticks
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 tbs apple cider vineger
Directions; Put the bone into a pan and add 3 cup of water. Give it a boil for 10 minutes. Now drain the water out. Wash the bones. Transfer all bones to pressure cooker and roast in melted butter for few minutes. Add all the mentioned above ingredients into pressure cooker with bone and add 3 liter water and cover the pressure cooker for at least 3 hours on medium heat. Pressure release and check if bones are cooked add more water and give a boil. Strain the ingredients and save the broth and serve.
